Budget Perfect Drive

Purpose

Designed for Budget Rent a Car licensees, the Perfect Drive Report finds renters with a Perfect Drive number and reports their contracts. The report also creates a data file that can be transmitted to Budget Corporate.

Note: This report relies on the Reservation Link Translation Setup in order to translate location codes and class codes from Budget Corporate.

Data Selection

The contracts are selected by the following rules:

• The contract is closed.

• The contract’s report date is within the report’s date range.

• The contract’s report location is selected in the reporting list boxes.

• The contract’s product is selected in the Product list.

• The renter’s VIP number is not blank (for Budget franchisees only.)
