Loaner Vehicle Usage Report

Purpose

The Loaner Vehicle Usage Report provides a listing of all closed contracts for the locations and dates you select.

Use this report to monitor loaner utilization, as it will provide the number of:

• Working Days in Period
• Total Possible Car Days
• Available Car Days
• Days on Contract
• Total Utilization

(calculated by multiplying the number of working days by the number of cars,

divide by 100, then

multiplied by the number of days the car are out On Rent)

• Total Contracts in Period
• Total Closed Contracts
• Average Days per Contract
• Total Contracts Miles
• Average Miles per Contract
• Total Contracts Hours
• Average Hours per Contract

Options

Sort By - The contracts can be sorted by unit#, rental length, or RA#. Once an option is selected, additional prompts will appear so that you can enter a range of values.

Class - Select the classes you desire or "All".

Detail/Summary – The report can be run to show vehicle details or just a summary.

Data Selection

The contracts are selected by the following rules:

• The contract’s date out is within the report’s date range.

• The contract’s location out is selected in the reporting box.

• The contract’s source is the Loaner Source Code as defined in System Settings.
