Purpose
The Available Loaner Vehicle List provides a listing of all loaner vehicles according to their current status.
Options
- Calculate idle by – The vehicle’s idle days can be calculated from either its last movement date or the last check-in date.
- Include Unavailable Status Types – If this box is checked, statuses of type "Unavailable" are included in the Status list.
- Include Only Idle Status Types – If this box is checked, only statuses of type "Prep’d", "UnPrep’d", and "Out of Service" are included in the Status list.
- Include Foreign Vehicles – If this box is checked, vehicles owned by a foreign location are shown.
- Page Break After Each Status – Checking this box will cause a form feed after each status list.
- Print Notes – If this box is checked, notes associated with each vehicle will be printed.
- Include Renter Info on 2nd line – If this box is checked, renter information will be shown on a second line under each vehicle.
- Status - Depending on the Status Type boxes checked above, this selection box will contain the applicable status. Highlight all those which you want to include, or "All".
- Sort By – The report can be sorted by status, location, unit number, last movement date, renter, or company.
In this report, the standard Reporting List Boxes are slightly different. The Location List also shows foreign locations, so you can see the status of vehicles owned by you that are currently at a foreign location.
Data Selection
Vehicles are selected by the following rules:
- The vehicle’s status is selected in the Status list.
- The vehicle’s current location is selected in the reporting list boxes.
- The vehicle’s product is selected in the Product list.
- The vehicle’s class is selected in the Class list.
- The vehicle’s owning location is foreign (not flagged as owned), and the "Include Foreign Vehicles" option is selected.
