Purpose

The Local Companies List provides a list of the companies (including body shops, repair shops, tour operators, and insurance companies) that have been entered in the system. Use this report to review which companies you are maintaining in the database.

Options

Sales Rep – Choose the sales representatives for companies you wish to report.

Sort By – The report can be sorted by company name or by sales representative.

Companies with charges only – If this box is checked, only companies with specific charges associated with them will be printed.

Data Selection

Companies are selected by the following rules:

• The company’s name is in the report’s name range.

• The company’s sales representative is selected in the Sales Rep list.
