Purpose
The Turndown Report provides a listing of all reservations that were turned down. Use this report to track the reasons why reservations are being turned down.
Options
- Class – You can choose to report reservations for a specific class by choosing that class in this field.
- Turndown Reason – You can choose to report reservations with a specific turndown reason by choosing that reason in this field.
- Sort By – The records can be sorted by date, reservation number, renter’s last name, class, or turndown reason.
Data Selection
Turndowns are selected by the following rules:
- The turndown date is within the report’s date range.
- The reservation number is within the report’s reservation number range.
- The renter’s last name is within the report’s name range.
- The reserved class matches the selection in the "Class" option.
- The turndown code matches the selection in the "Turndown Reason" option.
