Purpose

The Accrual Report calculates the accrued revenue for contracts through a specified cutoff date. Currently-closed contracts will be accrued as though they were still open at the as-of date.

Options

Sort By – The report can list records by the renting location or by source code.
Calc. Overdue Accruals By – Accruals can be calculated using the contract’s date due or through the as-of date entered on the report screen.
Pro-rate Accruals to As-Of Date – If a contract’s due back date is beyond the as-of date, its revenue can be pro-rated to the as-of date.
Include Revenue Splits – Adjust each contract’s revenue amounts according to the appropriate revenue split matrix, if applicable.

Data Selection

The contracts are selected by:

  • Product; selecting "all" will match any product code.
  • Date out being less than the as-of date.
  • If a contract is currently closed and its date in is after the as-of date, it will be selected. If a contract is currently open, it will be selected regardless of the due date.
