Transactions Report

Purpose

The Transactions Report provides a listing of the rental activity for your fleet for the time period you specify.

Options

Overlapping transactions only – If this box is checked, only transactions that have dates and times that overlap another transaction will be shown.

Data Selection

Vehicle transactions are selected by the following rules:

• The vehicle’s unit number is within the report’s range.
• The vehicle’s product is selected in the Product list.
• The transaction’s date in or date out is within the report’s date range.
• If "Overlapping transactions only" is checked and the transaction overlaps another for the same vehicle, the transaction will be included. If the transaction doesn’t overlap, it will not be shown.
