Purpose
The Projected Utilization Report calculates the percentage of vehicles on rent by dividing the number on rent by the total number available. This report will take into account the active fleet as well as on-order vehicles, projected out of service dates, current rental agreements, and reservations.
Options
Calculate By – You can choose to calculate utilization by each vehicle’s owned location or by its current location.
Data Selection
The fleet utilization is calculated for each class, each location, and each date selected.
