Non-Revenue Movement Report

Purpose

The Non-Revenue Movement Report provides a list of non-revenue movement tickets, the vehicle being moved, the driver, and out/in information.

Options

Tickets – Choose which tickets you wish to print, either open tickets, closed tickets, or all.

Select By – The report can select tickets by either their date out or date due/in.

Print Details – If this box is checked, the tickets’ detail field will be printed.

Print Notes – If this box is checked, any notes associated with the ticket will be printed.

Separate Tickets – If this box is checked, a dashed line is printed in between each record.

Sort By – Choose the field you wish to use to sort the tickets.

Data Selection

Non-revenue tickets are selected by the following rules:

• The ticket number is within the report’s ticket number range.
• The ticket location out is selected in the reporting lists.
• The ticket date is within the report’s date range.
• The ticket product is selected in the Product list.
• The ticket status matches the "Tickets" option.
