Purpose
The circle sheet Report provides a listing of all vehicles according to their current status.
Options
- Idle Days – Show vehicles that have been idle for longer than this many days.
- By last movement/checkin – The vehicle’s idle days can be calculated from either its last movement date or the last check-in date.
- Include Only Idle Status Types – If this box is checked, only statuses of type "Prep’d", "UnPrep’d", and "Out of Service" are included in the Status list.
- Include Unavailable Status Types – If this box is checked, statuses of type "Unavailable" are included in the Status list.
- Include Foreign Vehicles – If this box is checked, vehicles owned by a foreign location are shown.
- Page Break After Each Status – Checking this box will cause a form feed after each status list.
- Print Notes – Checking this box will list any notes attached to the vehicles.
- Sort By – You can sort the report by status, location, unit number, or last movement date.
In this report, the standard Reporting Lists are slightly different. The Location List also shows foreign locations, so you can see the status of vehicles owned by you that are currently at a foreign location.
Data Selection
Vehicles are selected by the following rules:
- The vehicle’s status is selected in the Status list.
- The vehicle’s current location is selected in the reporting lists.
- The vehicle’s product is selected in the Product list.
- The vehicle’s class is selected in the Class list.
- The vehicle’s owning location is foreign (not flagged as owned), and the "Include Foreign Vehicles" option is selected.
- The vehicle has been idle longer than the number of days selected in "Idle Days".
