License Expiration Report

Purpose

The License Expiration Report shows the expiration date for vehicle licenses. The report shows vehicles by license, year, make and model, and can be sorted so the licenses closest to their expiration date are shown first.

Options

Print Report By – The report can be printed by unit number or by the license’s expiration date.

Data Selection

The vehicles are selected by the following rules:

• The vehicle’s product is selected in the Product list.
• The vehicle’s owning location is selected in the reporting lists.
• The vehicle’s license expiration date is in the report’s date range (or the expiration date is blank).
• The vehicle is not at a sold status.
• If selecting by date of loss, the claim’s date of loss must be in the report’s date range.
• If selecting by date closed, the claim’s closed date must be in the report’s date range.
