Like Kind Exchange Report

Purpose

The Like Kind Exchange Report lists vehicles that can be used for like-kind exchanges. It also builds a data file to send to PriceWaterhouseCooper’s Like-Kind Exchange database.

Options

Separate/Consolidated – The report can show vehicles for each individual location or for all locations combined.

Data Selection

Vehicles are selected by the following rules:

• The vehicle’s in-service date is within the report’s date range.
• The vehicle’s out-of-service date is within the report’s date range or is blank.
• The vehicle’s current location code is selected in the reporting lists
• The vehicle’s product is selected in the Product list.
• The vehicle’s class is selected in the Class list.

Sold vehicles are selected by the following rules:

• The vehicle’s date sold is within the report’s date range.
• The vehicle’s current location code is selected in the reporting lists
