Internet AutoMoti Sales Report Build

Purpose

The Internet AutoMoti Sales Report/Build lists vehicles that are up for sale on the Internet. It also builds a data file that is sent to automoti.com which includes the sale vehicles’ information.

Options

Build Type – The report can build an incremental file containing new data since the last build, or a historical build for the past.

Sort By – The report can sort vehicles by product and unit number or by the vehicles’ ID number.

Buttons

Select Cars – Goes to the Vehicle FleetVehicle_Fleet screen so you can mark vehicles for sale.

Data Selection Vehicles are selected by the following rules:

• The vehicle is flagged for sale on the Internet.

• The vehicle’s current location code is selected in the reporting lists.
