Purpose
The Fleet Performance Report shows each in-fleet vehicle along with revenue, availability, and utilization information.
Options
- Other Charges – Select the charges to appear on the report by moving them from the left list over to the right list. Use the add/delete buttons or double-click on a charge. You can select up to seven charges to be included.
- Include Open Contracts – If this box is checked, the report will include contracts that are currently open.
- Summary Only – If this box is checked, the report will print a summary by class.
Buttons
- Add – Moves a charge from the left list to the right list. The charge will be included in the report.
- Delete – Moves a charge from the right list to the left list. The charge will not be included in the report.
Data Selection
Contracts are selected by the following rules:
- The contract is closed.
- The contract is open and the "Include Open Contracts" option is selected.
- The contract’s pickup and/or return date is within the report’s date range. If the contract is open, then the due back date must be in the report’s range.
- The contract’s class is selected in the Class list.
- The contract’s product is selected in the Product list.
- The contract’s pickup location is selected in the reporting lists.
