Claims Management Contacts Tab

Purpose

This tab shows all of the contacts that are related to this claim. Use the Modify button or double-click on a line in the browser to bring up the Contacts screen.

Fields – General Tab

Type – The kind of claim.

Reporting Contact – If this is the person that reported the accident, check this box.

Injured – If this person was injured in the accident, check this box.

Name/Address/City/Phone – The contact information for this person.

Liable Amt – The amount that this person is liable for.

Fields – Insurance Tab

Ins Co – Insurance company. Use the binocular lookup to choose a company from the Local CompanyLocal table.

Adjuster – Insurance company adjuster. Use the binocular lookup to choose a contact from the insurance company.

Agent – Insurance company agent. Use the binocular lookup to choose a contact from the insurance company.

Policy# – Policy number.

Adjuster Phone/Ext – The adjuster’s phone number and extension.

Agent Phone/Ext – The agent’s phone number and extension.
