SETTINGS > Commission Coaching


Purpose

In order to evaluate employees’ skills, you fill out the CSR Coaching and Feedback forms. This menu item can be used in place of those forms. It stores the forms in the database for reporting.

In order to use this menu item, you must enter a valid KCI Advanced feature code.

Most of the items in this screen are observations to be made of the employee’s conduct and presentation at the counter. Next to each item is a checkbox. If the employee is successful at each item, check off the appropriate box.


Fields – General Tab

Employee # – The employee’s ID number.

Date – The date that the observations were made.

Observed By – The person who observed the employee.


Fields – Notes Tab

What I liked most… – A text box for comments about the employee’s strong points.

For next time, I would recommend… – A text box for comments about how the employee can improve his presentation to the renter.
