KCI Settings

Purpose

If you are using the KCI Module, this menu item is used to set the parameters that control the module.

In order to use the KCI Module, you must enter a valid feature code.

Fields

When counting walkups, include:

Contracts With No Reservation – If this box is checked, contracts that are opened without a reservation are counted as walkups.

Source Code – Contracts with this source code are counted as walkups.

Excluded Sources – Contracts that have these source codes will not be counted in commission totals.

Included Sources – Contracts that have these source codes will be counted in commission totals.

Employees’ Rate of Pay – The "Rate of Pay" field in the Employees screen can be used for an annual salary amount or a per-hour rate. Select the method you are using.

Charges to include in Yield – Each miscellaneous charge can be included in commissionable yields. For each charge, set the percentage you wish to include in the yield.

Buttons

Add – Moves the sources that are selected in the "Excluded Sources" list to the "Included Sources" list.

Del – Moves the sources that are selected in the "Included Sources" list to the "Excluded Sources" list.
