Turndown Codes
Location
SETTINGS > Contracts/Reservations
Purpose
When canceling a reservation, the system will prompt you for a turndown code. Create turndown codes to assist you in determining why reservations are being turned down.
Fields
Code – The code entered in this field will be shown in the Turndown dialog box within the RentWorks whenever an open reservation is cancelled.
Description – This field allows you to display a more descriptive title for the turndown reason.
