Location
SETTINGS > System Configuration
Purpose
The Support Settings screen is designed to be used by Bluebird Product Support Analysts.
Fields
Company Description - The customer name.
Message Logging Level - Use the pull-down menu to select what level of message should be logged for “Message Log Inquiry”. Choices are:
- 1 - Diagnostic
- 2 - Information
- 3 - Warning
- 4 - Error
- 5 - Fatal Error
- 9 - E-Mail
Error E-Mailing
E-Mail Message Level/Send To - The system will automatically send out an email to the “Send to” address if an error occurs of the level of “Message Level” or higher. This message level is independent of the Logging Level above. This should NEVER be set lower than 4. Otherwise, it will generate too many emails. 5 is really recommended unless someone is having an issue with their system.
Subject - The wording which will appear in the email subject line.
