Purpose

The Fleet Inquiry by Status is used to view vehicles by location, class, and status. This feature allows you to keep check the availability of vehicles at other locations. It also allows you to track out of service vehicles.

If there is a problem with a vehicle, it is colored in red. Problems include:

• The vehicle’s expected out-of-service date has past.

• The vehicle’s current odometer is above the expected out-of-service mileage.

• The vehicle is over its mileage quota. The quota is the average mileage per day (based on the expected out-of-service date and mileage) times the number of in-service days.

Fields

Location – The current location of the vehicle. If on-rent, the location that the vehicle was rented from.

Product – Select vehicles of this product.

Inv Class – Select vehicles of this class.

Inv Status – The current status of the vehicles.

Fleet – View the selected vehicle.
