INQUIRIES
Purpose
The Report Inquiry is used to track and schedule reports.
Fields
Employee # - Enter the Employee number. If you leave the Employee # field blank, it will include all employees in your search.Date - Enter the date of the report request.
Status - Use the pull-down menu to select the report status. Choices are:
- All
- Scheduled
- Running
- Completed
- Failed
- Cancelled
- Hold
Buttons
Schedule - Schedule a report to run at a later time
Cancel - Cancel a report which has been scheduled or is currently running.
Sent To - Select an output destination for a report. You can also select an output destination by double-clicking on one of the reports in the inquiry screen. The output choices are File, Mail Recipient, PDF File, Printer, and Terminal.
