Purpose

The Due Back Inquiry allows the user to view vehicles that are due back by location within a specified date range. Use this feature to quickly view the vehicles that are expected to return. When run at the end of the day, it shows the vehicles that were due back but did not return.

Fields

Location – Search for contracts that are due back to this location or "All" locations.

Product – Search for contracts that have a vehicle of this product.

Class – Search for contracts that have a vehicle of this class.

Start/End Date – Search for contracts that are due back within this date range.

Reference # - Search for contracts which have this Reference number.
