Referral Revenue Report

Purpose

The Referral Revenue Report allows you to view contracts by referral code and agent ID to see which referrals are producing the most revenue.

Options

Rate Codes – Contracts that have the selected rate codes will be included in the report.

Other Charges – The report shows T&M, coverages, fuel and taxes in separate columns, and you may select up to two more charges to be broken out.

Data Selection

The contracts are selected by the following rules:

• The contract is closed.
• The contract’s pickup location is selected in the list box.
• The contract’s rate code is selected in the list box.
• The contract’s product is selected in the list box.
• The contract’s return date is in the report’s range.
• The contract’s source code is in the report’s range.
• The contract’s referral code is in the report’s range.
• The contract’s agent ID is in the report’s range.
