Incoming Outgoing Vehicles Report

Purpose

The Incoming/Outgoing Vehicles Report shows vehicles that are due to be delivered and vehicles that are due to be removed from the fleet.

Options

Select – You can choose to report incoming units, outgoing units, or both.

Select Outgoing Units By – The outgoing units can be selected by the date they are to be grounded, or by the date they were brought into service.

Sort Incoming Units By – The incoming units can be sorted by the date they were brought into service or by their class.

Sort Outgoing Units By – The outgoing units can be sorted by the date they are to be grounded or by their class.

Output – The report can show each unit individually (detail) or all classes combined (summary).

Data Selection

When reporting incoming units, the on-order vehicles are selected by the following rules:

• The vehicle’s class is selected in the Class list.
• The vehicle’s finance institution is selected in the Bank ID list.
• The vehicle’s product is selected in the Product list.
• The vehicle’s expected in-service date is within the report’s date range.

When reporting outgoing units, the in-fleet vehicles are selected by the following rules:

• The vehicle’s class is selected in the Class list.
• The vehicle’s finance institution is selected in the Bank list.
• The vehicle’s product is selected in the Product list.
• The vehicle’s expected out-of-service date is within the report’s date range.
