Credit Card Processing Setup

Purpose

If you are using Credit Card Processing, this menu item is used to set the parameters that control it.

Please note that this is an add-on module, and you must enter into a contractual agreement directly with a Bluebird-supported credit card processor before this module can be implemented.

Fields

Location – A control record must be set up for each location. Select the appropriate location in this drop-down list.

Interface – Select the type of credit card interface you will be using.

Server, Account#, Password, Merchant ID, Terminal ID – These values will be provided by a Bluebird Product Support Analyst.

Debit Card Check - If your processor supports this, select how debit cards are to be handled.

Prepaid Debit Card Check - If your processor supports this, select how prepaid debit cards are to be handled.

Last Draft Info – The date, time, and batch number of the previously-completed batch.
