Fields
In-Service Information
PO# - Purchase order number for the vehicle.
Invoice Date – Date the vehicle was invoiced.
Acquisition price - Price paid for the vehicle.
Excise Tax – Excise tax imposed on the vehicle.
Warranty Term – Warranty term of the vehicle.
Owning Loc – The location that owns this vehicle. This value is used on certain fleet reports when the selection option is set to the owning location.
Order# – Order number.
Expected Delivery Loc/Date – Expected delivery location and date.
Delivery Loc/Date – The actual delivery location and date.
Inspection date - Date of the last vehicle inspection.
In Service Date – Date the vehicle was placed in service.
In Service Odometer - Odometer reading on the vehicle when it was placed in service.
Program – Buy back program.
Buy Back – If there is a buy back program, check this box.
CO2 Value – The CO2 emissions value.
P11D Value – If the P11D tax applies, enter the vehicle’s P11D value here.
Disposal Information
Grounding Miles/Date – The date and/or mileage that the vehicle is expected to be taken out of service. This date is used in availability and utilization calculations to determine when the vehicle should no longer be considered to be in service. The mileage is used to calculate the mileage quota column in the vehicle search screen.
Minimum Keep Miles/Date – The minimum odometer and/or the earliest date for which the vehicle must be kept.
Minimum Keep Miles/Date – The maximum odometer and/or the latest date for which the vehicle can be kept.
Actual Out of Fleet Information
Out of Fleet Date – The date that the vehicle was actually taken out of service. Enter a value in this field before selling a vehicle.
List for Internet Sale – If this box is checked, the vehicle will be listed for sale on Automoti.com.
Date Sold - Date the vehicle was sold.
Sales Price – The amount for which the vehicle was sold.
Sold To – The person or company the vehicle was sold to.
Remarketing
Utilizing these fields will help you determine an accurate resale value for the vehicle so you can get the best “For Sale Price.” You can also add comments on the condition of the vehicle.
