Open Loaner Contracts Report

Purpose

The Open Loaner Contract Report provides a listing of all open contracts for the locations and dates you select. Use this report to monitor loaner activity, as it will provide the number of:

• Working Days in Period
• Days on Contract
• Total Contracts in Period
• Average Days per Contract
• Total Contracts Miles
• Average Miles per Contract
• Total Contracts Hours
• Average Hours per Contract

Options

Sort By - The contracts can be sorted by RA#, rental length, or advisor. Once an option is selected, additional prompts will appear so that you can enter a range of values.

Detail/Summary – The report can be run to show vehicle details or just a summary.

Data Selection

The contracts are selected by the following rules:

• The contract’s date out is within the report’s date range.

• The contract’s location out is selected in the reporting box.

• The contract’s source is the Loaner Source Code as defined in System Settings.
