Purpose

The Menu Item List shows all of the main menu items which are accessible by a selected employee or employee group.


Options

Employee Number - Use the binoculars to search for a particular employee number. All of the groups to which this employee belongs will be displayed in the box below.
Employee Groups – Highlight the Employee Groups for which you wish to see the accessible menu items.
List Applicable Employees - Check this box to list all employees included in each group.


Data Selection

The menu items are selected by the following rules:

  • The menu item is accessible by the selected employee number or highlighted groups.
