Purpose

The Booked Reservation Report will list newly-entered reservation by source of business. It will show reservation details such as booking info, estimated revenue, and source/referral info.

Options

Include Taxes in Revenue Total – If this box is checked, taxes (Sales Tax, Federal Tax, Other Tax) will be included in the total revenue calculation.

Data Selection Reservations are selected by the following rules:

• The reservation’s creation date is within the report’s date range.
• The reservation’s source code is selected in the Source list.
• The reservation’s pickup location is selected in the reporting lists.
