Purpose

The Repair Orders Report provides a list of repair orders with vehicle details and repair costs.


Options

Vehicle Information – Select the vehicles you want to report by product, class, model and unit number.
Select – You can choose to print repair orders that have not been completed all repair orders, or completed repair orders.
Sort By – Repair orders can be sorted by repair shop, by repair type, or by vehicle.
Select By – Repair orders can be selected by date out or by date due/in.


Data Selection

The report looks for repair orders for each vehicle with these conditions:

  • The repair order’s date out (or date due/in) is in the report range.
  • The repair order’s repair type matches the type that was selected.
  • The repair order’s repair shop matches the shop that was selected.
  • The vehicle’s product is selected in the Product list.
  • The vehicle’s class is selected in the Class list.
  • The vehicle’s model matches the Model field (or the field is blank).
  • The vehicle’s unit number matches the Unit# field (or the field is blank).
  • The repair order is closed and "All repair orders" is chosen in the Select radio buttons.
