Purpose
The Maintenance Alert Report lists the maintenance alerts that have been added to vehicles in the fleet. It shows alert details including the last and next service dates for each alert.
Options
- Alerts to Print – You can choose to show alerts that warn of maintenance due, alerts that will ground the vehicle, or all alerts.
- Print Report By – The report can be printed by the next odometer reading when the alert becomes valid, the next date that the alert becomes valid, or by unit number.
Data Selection
The alerts are selected by the following rules:
- The alert’s next service date is in the report’s date range (if the alert schedule is by date).
- The alert’s next service odometer is in the report’s odometer range (if the alert schedule is by odometer). If the report’s starting and ending odometer values are both set to zero, all odometer values will be selected.
- The alert’s unit number is in the report’s unit number range.
- The alert’s product is selected in the Product list.
- The alert’s action is selected in the "Alerts to Print" pull-down list.
The vehicle that the alert is on must meet these requirements:
- The vehicle’s owning location is selected in the reporting lists
- The vehicle is in-fleet.
