Purpose
If you are using the Dollar Data Warehousing, this menu item is used to translate local values to the corporate values that need to be sent. Records such as airlines, charges, classes, countries, locations, and payment types must be translated.
Fields
Type – The type of record (airline, location, pay type, etc.)
Local Value – The value that is in the RentWorks database.
Description – A description of the local record.
Corporate Value – The code that will be sent to Corporate in the transmission file.
