Actual Days, throughout RentWorks, are the number of actual on-rent days. This number is based on the physical number of days of the contract rather than the number of Charged (Revenue) Days.
For example, if the contract was for the 1st to the 5th, the number of Actual Days is FOUR. If the weekly (seven days) rate was less expensive than four times the daily rate, the number of Charged Days would be SEVEN. In this case where there are more revenue days than actual days, the excess revenue days are added to the last day the vehicle was on rent.
