Purpose
When a problem arises in RentWorks, a System Alert is generated. This menu item allows you to view and remove System Alerts.
System Alerts usually mean that a problem has occurred that must be handled by a system administrator. In the EmployeeEmployees screen there is a check box labeled "View System Alerts". When this is checked off, that employee will see any new system alerts immediately.
Fields
Start/End Date/Time - Enter the date/time range of the alert you wish to find.
Only messages displaying automatically - Check this if you wish to view only those messages which display automatically.
After you click on Search, all of the System Alerts meeting your criteria will display in the browser. Double-click to show the entire alert message.
Buttons
Print - Click to print a report.
