Purpose
Connect to the online call center by selecting this option.
Once your company login and password are entered into your database, you can:
- enter your own support calls (which immediately go into the queue),
- track your support call activity for any period of time, and
- check on the status of Software Action Requests (SARs).
If you are prompted for a user name and password to access the online call center, contact Bluebird via phone or email and ask to have your company set up to automatically log in.
