Purpose

The Vehicle Problems Inquiry is used to view vehicle problem tickets. This feature allows the fleet manager to plan and schedule maintenance for those vehicles with outstanding problems.


Fields

Product – Select problem tickets for vehicles of this product.

Unit# – Enter a specific unit number or leave this field blank for all vehicles.

Problem Tickets – Select resolved problems, unresolved problems, or all problems.

Start/End Date – Select problem tickets that were opened within this date range.


Go To

Problem – View the selected problem ticket.

Fleet – View the vehicle that the selected problem ticket applies to.
