If the "Vehicles to Include" option has ‘In-Fleet’ and/or ‘Unavailable’ selected, the vehicles are selected by the following rules:
:* The vehicle’s unit number is in the report’s unit number range.
:* The vehicle’s product is selected in the Product list.
:* The vehicle’s current/owned location (depending on the "Select By" option) is selected in the reporting lists.
:* The vehicle’s status is selected in the Status list.

If the "Vehicles to Include" option has ‘On Order’ selected, the vehicles are selected by the following rules:
:* The on-order vehicle’s unit number is in the report’s unit number range.
:* The on-order vehicle’s expected delivery location is selected in the reporting lists.
