Generally, once a record has been posted it cannot be changed.<br /> <br /> When a report posts data, it is not run for a date range; it runs with a cutoff date. Any unposted records with a date prior to and including the cutoff date will be selected. This prevents data from being accidentally overlooked.<br /> <br /> The directory that the posting file is placed in can be set in Terminal Settings with the &quot;Export File Path&quot; field.
