In order to evaluate employees’ skills, you fill out the CSR Coaching and Feedback forms. This menu item can be used in place of those forms. It stores the forms in the database for reporting. <br />

Most of the items in this screen are observations to be made of the employee’s conduct and presentation at the counter. Next to each item is a checkbox. If the employee is successful at each item, check off the appropriate box. <br />
