:Listing/Exception Report – The report can list the vehicles entered into the physical inventory or show the discrepancies between what has been entered and the data that RentWorks has for the vehicles.

:Select Vehicles By – The vehicles can be selected by their owning location or by their current location.

:Print Vehicle Notes – If this box is checked, notes that are attached to vehicles will be shown.

:Include Foreign Vehicles – If this box is checked, vehicles that are owned by foreign locations will be shown.

:List By – The report can list vehicles by unit number or by license number.

:* The physical inventory record’s current location is selected in the reporting lists.
