Deposits are selected by the following rules:

:* The deposit is on an open reservation (not a no-show), or the deposit is on either an open contract or a closed contract with a return date after the as-of date.
:* The reservation or contract is not void.
:* The reservation or contract has a pickup date before the as-of date.
:* The contract’s (or reservation’s) product is selected in the list box.
:* The contract or reservation has a paid deposit with a report date less than or equal to the as-of date.
:* The contract or reservation has a paid deposit with a report location that is selected in the reporting list boxes.
:* The reservation has multiple paid deposits that add up to zero, and the "Ignore Reservations With Offsetting Deposits" option is selected, then the reservation is ignored.
