'''Locations''' FLEET REPORTS > Fleet Reports > Maintenance '''Purpose''' This menu item allows you to create, modify and delete vehicle maintenance alerts. Implementing preventative maintenance procedures helps you keep your fleet running smoothly. By entering cost data with repair orders, you can keep track of how much you are spending in maintaining your vehicles. When you select the "Global Add" button - [[File:tbGlobalAdd.png]] - a dialog box appears in which you can select a range of vehicles by product, class, year, make, model, VIN, and/or unit number. Once youβve entered your selections, click on the "Select" button to list the applicable vehicles in the browser. You can then click on a line to select or deselect that vehicle.
