'''Location''' SETTINGS > Interfaces '''Purpose''' Using data and advanced analytics, LDW Score evaluates the unique risk of the primary driver to more effectively price LDW/CDW for individual customers. This enables car rental companies to identify low-risk drivers and offer lower rates to drive increased adoption for the LDW/CDW option. Loss Damage Waiver Score can help car rental companies: :• Improve revenue at reduced risk :• Identify and attract low-risk drivers :• Build and maintain customer loyalty Please note that this is an add-on module, and you must enter into a contractual arrangement directly with LexisNexis before this module can be implemented. '''Fields''' ''Functional Damage Waiver Codes'' Decline - This code appears in the CDW drop-down list during the initial rental process. The rental agent selects this code in order to trigger the LexisNexis LDW Rate Order. When the discount rate is applied, this code is removed from the drop-down list. No Sale - Should the renter decline the discount rate, the No Sale code will be placed in the CDW code field in order to pass the “Finish” edit check on the CDW code. Opt Out - This code appears in the CDW drop-down list during the initial rental process. Its purpose is to allow the rental agent a means to not not sell CDW, and not request a discounted CDW rate. Coverage Offered - This is the rate code associated with the LexisNexis discounted rate offer. ''Connectivity and Billing'' URL, Node ID, Account Number, Carrier ID, Carrier Account Number - These fields must be filled out by a Bluebird Product Support Analyst. Quote Back - This field supports a comma-separated list of field identifiers to configure the contents of the Quote Back string. The Quote Back string is returned in the LexisNexis billing document to the rental company. The Quote Back string is up to 60 characters in length. Each field identifier listed generates a ten-character field. The identifiers currently supported are: 1. LocCode - Location Code 2. EmpID - Employee Number 3. TermID - Terminal Identifier/Computer (workstation) Name 4. RenterID - Renter Sequence Number 5. RA - Rental Agreement Number 6. CommonID - Rental Agreement Sequence Number ''Messages'' Blank Error - This is the message the rental agent gets upon ‘finish’ if the CDW code is left blank. Decline Error - This is in practice more of a ‘Pending’ error. It should never appear, but it will appear upon ‘finish’ when the CDW code is set to the Decline Functional Damage Waiver Code. Discount Offer: This appears when the LexisNexis LDW Rate Order results in a Discount Rate Offer. The first $ in the string is where the Daily Discounted Rate will appear in the message presented to the Rental Agent. Show Reason Codes to Agent - Check this box to display up to four reason codes with the Discount Rate Offer. When not checked, only the Discount Rate Offer will appear and all reason codes will be suppressed. [[Category:Bluebird]]
