The Extension Inquiry screen displays records whose authorizations expire within the date range specified. The Extension Inquiry gives you the ability to quickly update extension dates and billing information without using a report.

The latest extension record can be added or changed using this screen.

Sort By – You can sort the items in the browser by adjuster, body shop, renter or insurance company.

Location – Search for contracts that were rented from this location.

Start/End Date – Search for contracts that were opened within this date range.

Once you have entered your search criteria, click on the “Search” button.  All contracts meeting your criteria will be displayed in the browser.  Highlight the RA# and the latest extension details will display at the bottom of the screen.  Double-click on the RA# and the Renter's details, insurance company, and the repair shop details will pop-up.

RA Number – The RA number of the selected contract.

Date Auth – The date when the extension was authorized.

Days Extended – The number of days for which the contract has been extended.

Extended By – The person who has extended the contract.

Extended Thru – The date through which the contract has been extended.

Comments – Any notes pertaining to this extension.
