Editing Employee Goals


'''Purpose'''

Every month, each employee is assigned a set of goals for incremental revenue. This menu item is used to create those goals. 


'''Fields'''

Emp ID– The employee’s ID number.  

Month/Year – The month and year for which this goal record applies.

Est. RA’s – The estimated number of contracts that the employee will open this month.

Est. LOR – The estimated average length of rental for each of the employee’s contracts.

Est. Total Days – The estimated total number of revenue days. It is calculated by multiplying the estimated number of contracts times the estimated average length of rental.


''Revenue''

Est. Revenue – The estimated total revenue from the incremental items.

Commission Pct – The commission percentage, calculated from the Commission Levels, that the employee is entitled to at the revenue total.

Est. Commission – The estimated commission that will be received for the revenue total. It is calculated by multiplying the "Est. Revenue" field by the "Commission Pct." field.

Est. Hours Worked – The estimated number of hours that the employee will work in the month. It is calculated using the "Working Hours" fields in the Employees screen.

Hourly Wage Increase – The increase in the employee’s hourly wage based on the commission amount. It is calculated by dividing the "Est. Commission" field by the "Est. Hours Worked" field.

Regular Hourly Wage – The employee’s hourly wage without commissions. It is calculated using the "Rate of Pay" field in the Employees screen.

Total Hourly Wage – The hourly wage for the employee factoring in regular wages and commissions. It is calculated by adding the "Hourly Wage Increase" field and the "Total Hourly Wage" field. 

Est. Annual Salary – The estimated annual salary for the employee. It is calculated by multiplying the "Est. Hours Worked" field times the "Total Hourly Wage" field.

Commission Item – Choose an incremental item from the drop-down menu.

Expected Pct – The penetration percentage goal for the selected incremental.

Total RA’s – The estimated number of contracts that the employee will open this month.

RA’s With Item – The estimated number of contracts that the employee will open this month which will have the selected incremental.

Avg. LOR – The estimated average length of rental for each of the employee’s contracts.

Total Item Days – The estimated number of rental days for the selected incremental. It is calculated by multiplying the "RA’s With Item" field times the "Avg. LOR" field.

Item Price – The daily rate for the selected incremental.

Est. Item Revenue – The estimated total revenue for the selected incremental. It is calculated by multiplying the "Total Item Days" field times the "Item Price" field.

Total Days – The estimated total number of revenue days. It is calculated by multiplying the estimated number of contracts times the estimated average length of rental.

Yield Goal – The average revenue per day for the selected incremental. It is calculated by dividing the "Est. Item Revenue" field by the "Total Days" field.

Est. Revenue – The estimated total revenue for all incrementals. 

Total Days – The estimated total number of revenue days.

Yield Goal – The average revenue per day for all incrementals. It is calculated by dividing the "Est. Revenue" field by the "Total Days" field.
