The Element Transaction Inquiry allows users who process credit cards with Element Payment Services to view transactions in a specified date range.

Start/End Date/Time - Enter the Date and Time range of the transactions you are looking for.

RA/Res# - Enter the RA or Reservation Number.

Batch ID - Enter the Batch ID of the Draft Capture/Settlement process.

Transaction ID - Enter the Transaction ID if desired.

Transaction Amount - Enter the Transaction Amount if desired.

Transaction Types - Select the Transaction Type or All.  

Transaction Statuses - Select the Transaction Type or All.  

To reconcile a transaction, highlight a transaction line and click on the “Reconcile” button.  This will write the pertinent data from the transaction record back to the associated contract.
