If you would like your reservation and counter agents to ask questions of your customers, enter them here. You even have the ability to print them on your rental agreement. You can also use these questions to prompt counter agents to sell coverages or upgrades.

Type - Use the pull-down menu to select "Question" or "Print Message".  If the latter, the question and answer will print on the rental contract.

Location – Select the locations from where the questions are to be asked.

Question – Enter the questions to be asked. 

Display During - Select when the questions are to be displayed: 

Check-Out – Ask the question when clicking the finish button from the Check-Out Screen.

Check-In – Ask the question when clicking the finish button from the Check-In Screen.

Modify – Ask the question when clicking the update button from the Modify Contract Screen.

Reservation – Ask the question when clicking the update button from the Reservation Screen.

Inactive – Choosing this option will make this message inactive. This option is useful for questions you might ask at certain times of the year.

Answer Required? – Selecting this checkbox will require the rental agent to provide at least one character of text before proceeding.
