Once a claim has been created, you can manage it by going to Claims, then Claims Management from the RentWorks Main Menu.  

You will immediately see the following look-up browser, which allows you to search by:
:* Claim Sequence Number
:* Rental Agreement Number
:* Vehicle Number
:* Renter’s Last Name

You can also enter a range of Loss Dates.

[[File:tbedit.png]] Edit - To start working with a claim, highlight it and double-click, or select the Edit.
