Pay frequency – The frequency that employees are paid, either weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or at the 15<sup>th</sup> and end of each month.

Last day of week – The last work day of the week.

Accrue mid-week hours – For monthly and bi-weekly pay frequencies you can accrue hours worked in partial weeks.

Overtime hours (weekly) – The number of working hours per week before overtime.

Overtime hours (daily) – The number of working hours per day before overtime.

Pay period start date – The beginning date of the pay period.

Pay period end date – The ending date of the pay period.
